- Ordering, receiving, and proper storage of pharmaceutical products and materials, in compliance with established procedures.
- Provision of clinical and pharmacological support, including participation in clinical rounds, evaluation of treatments, staff consultation, and updates on new medicines and guidelines.
- Monitoring of adverse reactions and reporting to the relevant authorities.
- Preparation or supervision of galenic preparations, where required.
- Active participation of the Head Pharmacist in the hospital’s Infection Control, Safety and Health, and Clinical Governance Committees.

- The Pharmacy Team consists of the Head Pharmacist of the department, as well as the rest of the team members, including the pharmacy assistant, the store assistant, and the storekeeper, who is responsible for the management of consumables.
